Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your beauty items in their original box, ensuring all seals are intact and including the printed return authorization slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
